Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the entire compensation practice area from a legal and an administrative perspective. Must have 3-5 years of comp experience (Claimant or Defense). Being fluent in Spanish is a major plus. Must be able to multitask, and communicate well on the phone with clients, doctors offices, other attorneys/paralegals/insurance adjusters, etc. Strong verbal and written skills. Ability to handle 50-80 clients simultaneously. MS Office skills. LexisNexis experience a plus. TrialWorks experience a plus. Experience in Workers Compensation law a must.
