Insurance Coverage and Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will interpret and analyse insurance policies. Will undertake legal research. Draft coverage opinions, reservation and denial letters. Work cases from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of New York. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience in insurance coverage.
