Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. E-discovery experience required. Responsibilities include: client contact, preparation of discovery and motions, case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents, and other tasks as required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is required. Paralegal certification is optimal.
