Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution. Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports. Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients. Negotiate settlements. Should have 3+ years of Insurance Defense experience. Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience is required. Bar License is required. Should be licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
