Legal Receptionist / Legal Secretary The candidate will take detailed, informative messages and provide to the appropriate person; Mail Distribution; Maintaining Client Databases: Files/Templates; Calendaring and Scheduling Meetings/ Managing Conference Rooms; Provide administrative support to attorney and case managers; Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, making copies and scanning. Contact vendors as needed; Process policies and invoices; Maintain and organizes office supply inventory. Process and fulfill office equipment requests; Keep lobby area neat and appealing at all times the office organized/clean; Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line switchboard. Must have experience at a law firm. Must be customer service oriented, have a great attitude and be able to welcome clients with warm greetings. Must have exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
