Litigation Paralegal The candidate work includes: Prepare/file basic motions; Assist with responding to discovery requests and meeting with clients to prepare responses; Prepare/file witness and exhibit lists; Prepare/serve subpoenas; Review/summarize deposition testimony; Assist with preparing case evaluation summaries; Meet and prepare clients for deposition; File/update Medicare/Medicaid liens; Proficient with E-filing; Research with Lexis; Proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; and Decent with numbers. Should have 3 years' experience in No-Fault claims/litigation. Must have excellent research writing skills.
