Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle a high-volume of consumer debt defense and FDCPA/FCCPA cases. Foreclosure, Consumer Defense, Bankruptcy & FCRA experience also a plus, as well as experience with written discovery, depositions, summary judgment, or trial. Should be professional and willing to provide care and compassion to our clients. Be a team-player who wants to make a difference, as well as seek the opportunity to gain experience. Bring a positive attitude and be ready to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, high-volume culture. Must be a licensed Florida attorney. At least one year of experience practicing law preferred.(1-3 years of experience as a licensed attorney in the State of Florida).
