Litigation Attorney - Asbestos/Product Liability Responsibilities: Taking depositions. Drafting pleadings and briefs. Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients. Conducting legal research. Drafting interrogatories and document demands. Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation. Submitting filings to the court. Qualifications: JD Degree /LLM. Solid academic credentials. Admitted to practice in Missouri and New York, additional admissions are a plus. Asbestos/toxic tort experience a plus. Litigation experience a plus. Litigation and arbitration experience. Court room experience including motions. Trial experience a plus. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
