Contract Attorney The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and must have a minimum of 3 years of licensed family law experience. Should preferably have a Doctorate degree. should be proficient in DissoMaster, WestLaw, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Clio, Microsoft Excel, Zoom, and BlueJeans. Should have excellent research skills are required and one must be comfortable with numerous research means (West Law, Attorney's Briefcase, Google). Should possess excellent writing skills and be able to draft motions, pleadings, letters, memos, discovery demands, and responses, meet and confer letters, and settlement offers. Should have the ability to manage the cases, filing and discovery deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
