Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate provides excellent customer service by being attentive, respectful and professional at all times; insures understanding of clients and coworkers request and follows-through as promised; being proactive in identifying and addressing clients concerns, or problems. Communicates with department supervision on an on-going basis, providing information and data as requested including members changing needs and requests. Promptly reports to supervision any customer service concerns and/or any potential HIPAA violations whether actual or perceived. Informs supervision of site or work difficulties, special project requests from facility, and fluctuating volume in daily workload.
The candidate must have 1+ year of personal injury experience or two years of employment litigation experience - a combination of PI and Employment Litigation experience would be a major plus. Excellent computer skills are required. Substantial client contact is required. Must have great communication skills and the ability to give world class customer service. Attention to details is an absolute must. Must be able to operate in a fast paced high volume environment with minimal supervision.
