At least 2 years experience working as a Paralegal in Family Law (preferred). Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, e-filing, and other software as needed. Knowledge of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act and the Illinois Parentage Act. Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain client confidentiality. Job Title: Law Clerk to Senior Paralegal Positions Open Location: Aurora, IL Experience: Preferred: at least 2 years experience working as a Paralegal in Family Law. Compensation: Base salary range of $50,000 to $65,000, depending on experience Uncapped performance-based bonus monthly potentially ranging from $500 to $1,500 per month Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Insurance starts on the first of the month following your hire date Paid vacation and holidays 401K with Matching Short & Long-Term Disability Qualifications: Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent degree.
