Civil Litigation Paralegal The ideal candidate must be comfortable in all areas of law office procedures such as calendaring/scheduling, client interaction, billing, e-filing, discovery, and preparing memos/correspondence, all with minimal supervision. Should have 2+ years of legal work experience in civil litigation. Should also have experience preparing motions/pleadings, discovery, and be well-versed in various document preparation, legal research, deposition, and trial preparation. Should have the knowledge and experience to work on a case from beginning to end. A Paralegal Certificate or an Associate's Degree in paralegal studies is required.
