Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing court documents; Preparing draft discovery documents; Coordinating service and notice of court documents; Calendaring important court dates; Working with clients to obtain needed information; Proofreading. Must have strong proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Should have experience working with and manipulating PDF files. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in probate, trust, and conservatorship matters. Experience with preparation of fiduciary accountings would be helpful. Will be extremely organized, detail oriented, have great interpersonal skills, and have a strong positive outlook. Thorough knowledge of probate court procedures, timelines, and court filings preferred. A Paralegal Certificate or an A.A. degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved paralegal program highly preferred.
