Employment Attorney an attorney with a minimum of three years of employment law experience, including preparing employment and severance agreements, and researching and advising on the ADA, the FLSA, the FMLA, and Title VII. Should possess strong academic credentials, writing skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. Candidates must have graduated with a J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school and be active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, as of the commencement of employment or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
