Should possess strong academic credentials, writing skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. Candidates must have graduated with a J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school and be active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, as of the commencement of employment or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
