Prepare Discovery. Prepare pleadings such as continuances. Check service. Schedule depositions, prepare notices and subpoenas for said depositions. Subpoena records. Ensure firm have all medical records, summarize medical records. Communicate with clients. Followup with Insurance companies. Should have 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in a Personal Injury Firm.
