Senior Paralegal The candidate will work as a mid to senior-level litigation associate to help us continue providing success for clients and become a part of the firm. Should preferably have 5 years of Attorney experience. Should preferably have a license to practice law in the state of Colorado. Must have 5 years experience in complex commercial litigation involving contracts, real estate, corporate governance, and/or creditor/debtor disputes; graduated either from a top-tier law school or in the top 10% of their class; was on law review and/or served as a judicial clerk; and possesses stellar, research, writing, and oral communication skills. Drive to take ownership over projects while working as part of an integrated team is essential, and big law experience is a plus.
