## Energy, Environmental, Mining & Transportation Associate Attorney - Law Firm Kansas City Law Firm is seeking an Associate with at least three years of environmental law experience to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining and Transportation Division in its Kansas City office. The Associate will primarily work with attorneys in the Environmental group. ### Qualifications - At least three years of experience in environmental law - Experience working in the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and/or CERCLA and underlying regulations - Background in sciences, engineering, LL.M. in environmental law or other skills relevant to environmental law - Excellent academic credentials - Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination to Missouri ### Responsibilities - Wide-ranging environmental work, ranging from regulatory, litigation and transactional work ### Benefits & Compensation Law Firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. ### Application Process To apply, submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and writing sample online.
