Immigration Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will involve case preparation, writing, research and critical analysis for non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, and responses to RFEs for attorney review. Should have demonstrated knowledge and experience across multiple types of case matters are strongly encouraged to apply. The qualified applicant must understand the regulations, case law, and the critical factors that result in positive outcomes. Must have a Bachelor s Degree. Bachelor's (Required). Experience of 2 years (Required). Should have proficiency with Office365, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and INSZOOM is a plus. Should have 3+ years of comprehensive experience in employment-based NIV (O-1, H-1B, E-3, TN) and IV (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) matters.
