Associate Attorney Candidate will be specializing in employment/labor disputes. All facets of civil litigation: Prepare and respond to civil motions. Prepare and respond to written discovery. Court appearances. Conduct and defend depositions. General civil litigation practice. Work directly with the managing attorney and assist with all facets of the litigation process. Will have experience preparing/responding to written discovery, law and motion practice, and conducting/defending depositions. Must be a licensed member of the CA state bar in good standing. 1-3 years of civil litigation experience is mandatory.
