Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe. Should be comfortable in learning and using our case management system, Smart Advocate. Bar (Required). Should have 1+ years in litigation experience, preferably plaintiff or defense personal injury. Must have drafted and argued motions, taken depositions and ideally, taken cases to jury trial (but not required).
