Litigation Paralegal The candidates should be familiar with using Lexis, Westlaw, and Pacer, etc. must be skilled with computers and use of case management software (such as Client Profiles, TrialWorks, Needles, Case Notebook, Summation, and/or Access, etc.) Must also be familiar with federal and state rules and electronic filing. Will be assisting file Tracking, preparation of exhibits for depositions, hearings and trials; Preparation of discovery responses; Summarizing and organizing of medical records; and Drafting of correspondence pleadings, and motions, etc.
