Paralegal - Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense The candidate should have 1-3 years of Georgia workers' compensation experience, preferably on the defense side, including experience in responding to written discovery requests, requesting medical records, summarizing medical records, preparing hearing exhibits, and general knowledge of practices and procedures of the State Board of Workers' Compensation and ICMS. Should have 2+ years of pqe. Should have type 70+ wpm. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft WORD, Adobe XI is needed. Familiar with document management and billing software programs is essential. Experience with Client Profiles/Aderant Total Office and JD degree is a plus.
