Paralegal The candidate work for firm whose primary areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate and Tax-related matters, Estate Planning and Administration, among others. Complete administrative duties such as filing, answering and directing phone calls, and greeting clients. Preparation of documents and letters as directed by attorneys or the office manager. Correspond with counsel, court and clients. Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow. Assist in daily flow of activities including special projects and regular assignments. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Must have High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or business setting; or Associate's Degree; or Bachelor's Degree. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat is required. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Should have strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
