Attorney Recruiting Assistant The candidate will work closely with all facets of Lateral Attorney Recruiting. Rrimary responsibilities will include some combination of the following: heavy data entry related to applicant tracking, maintaining candidate database as resumes are received and decisions are made, assisting with interview scheduling, coordinating completion of pre-hire conflicts and background checks for all candidates, new hire onboarding, preparation of correspondence, and general administrative support. Will also provide statistical reporting, track relocation and reimbursement expenses for candidates and process reimbursement requests. A Bachelor's degree and preferably 1+ year of applicable administrative work experience are required. Experience working for a law firm is preferred. Should be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Should have strong organization skills and attention to detail, basic administrative support skills, strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a service-oriented attitude, ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional manner, ability to juggle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities, ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, flexibility and maintain confidential information at all times, and ability to work and interact with attorneys and staff at all levels.
