Public Finance Associate Attorney The candidate should preferably have 3 years of relevant experience and interest in representing clients in all types of public finance transactions such as general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, private activity bonds, tax increment financing bonds, special taxing district bonds, and multi-family housing revenue bonds. Must have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively. Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction for the residing office (MD or DC).
