Attorney -- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) -- Family, Humanitarian, Business Duties: Emphasizes business immigration in the music and entertainment industries, university teaching and research, and international transfers. A robust family and humanitarian practice, focusing on I-130/485 marriage cases, IV processing with provisional waivers, U visas, VAWA, and naturalization. Focus on the family and humanitarian side of the practice, and to work on selected business cases.
Qualifications: JD Degree. 2 years of experience in family and humanitarian immigration law and professional-level Spanish language ability. Prefer a candidate with experience in both areas of immigration, but would hire someone with a strong background in family/humanitarian and a desire to learn business. A Spanish-speaking attorney.
