Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney The candidate's must be licensed and in good standing in Illinois, requirements include: Strong academic record and professional skills; Excellent communication and organizational skills; History of taking initiative and ownership; Aptitude for learning and developing professional skills; will be working primarily with two partners who are known for being strong mentors and excellent practitioners and who each have active and growing practices. This position is envisioned to include ongoing and extensive work on a number of significant multi-line and multi-generational client matters. Responsibilities will include advising family offices, developing and effectuating sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies, researching and projecting tax implications of planning techniques, preparing educational and summary materials, and meeting and communicating directly with clients to advance their goals.
