Attorney The candidate will be expected to handle a full caseload of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accident cases, workers compensation cases, negligence / premises liability cases as well as an occasional social security disability case. Prior experience preferred. Prior litigation experience also preferred. Should have strong communication skills as well as being comfortable with multitasking. This is a good opportunity to the right individual to gain valuable experience working for an expanding law practice. Very favorable fee split for any fee you originate. Salary to be determined based on experience.
