Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft, review, and file legal documents. Must be familiar with ECF/Pacer. Should have 5+ years experience in a law firm setting. Multi-jurisdictional federal litigation experience, i.e., USDC and USCA. Strong knowledge of case management during all stages of litigation, including court rules, practices, and procedures. Strong working knowledge of the discovery process. Wizard at scheduling, docketing, and court e-filing. Bonus points for family law experience, especially in Pennsylvania.
