Paralegal-Real Estate The candidate will focus on working up real estate closing documents; i.e, the closing disclosure (TRID), lender documents, deeds, confirming the funds of the transaction and any other documents required for the closing transaction. Clearing title issues, preparing title commitments, ordering payoffs and providing exemplary customer service. Knowledge and experience with TitleWorkPlace Aim+ or a similar closing software program and experience working in a real estate closing attorney or title company is a must.
