Litigation Attorney The candidate will be taking/defending depositions including experts. Will be handling Discovery. Taking a case from inception through trial. Ability to take and defend depositions. Supervise subordinate professional staff. Some travel. Chair at trial. Must have recent experience handling CD Litigation, developer representation. Should have strong legal analysis, research/writing, supervising subordinate professional staff. Trial prep a plus. Trial experience also a plus.
