Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate must have Paralegal certification and Florida. Should preferably have 2+ years experience. Strong writing, grammar, typing and computer skills, be self-motivated, energetic, work independently, as well as in a team environment is needed. Excellent communications skills, knowledge of E-filing in both state and federal court, knowledge of the FL Rules of Civil Procedures and Statutes is required. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, etc is needed. Proficient in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is must.
