Litigation Paralegal Candidate will work with a high-volume practice, with several hundred active cases. Caseload consists of both commercial and no-fault provider litigation. Must have: Paralegal certificate or paid paralegal experience; Organized team player; Ability to draft legal pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses; Ability to review and summarize discovery records; Ability to research legal issues; and Administrative and case management experience.
