Immigration Attorney Candidate must have a JD from an ABA-approved, nationally respected law school. Must have strong academic credentials and be a licensed attorney for our Immigration practice. Must have 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience as an attorney including experience with labor certifications, I-140, H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, and TN. Work experience must include nonimmigrant and immigrant case preparation, with preferred experience in border representation, consular processing and employer compliance. Excellent oral and written communication skills who are able to focus on efficient case handling and possess a high level of attention to detail. Some asylum representation, litigation experience, fluency in a second language, and experience with case tracking software would be a plus.
