Part Time Title Processor - Real Estate Paralegal The candidate's duties include : Be able to manage files from inception to closing, and work well alongside our title closer. Coordinate closings with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender, and Realtors, and set up the closing location, date, and time and executing mail-away closings, as applicable. Draft closing documents/prepare closing statements (HUDs/CDs). Perform the closing with all parties and notarization of all documents. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 2 years (Preferred).
