Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of complaints, discovery, and other court documents. Assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research. Organize medical records and exhibits. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Prepares and organize deposition and trial notebooks as well as exhibits. Qualifications: Self starter with 5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Must have outstanding time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and keep attorneys abreast of upcoming due dates and deadlines. Diligence in completing projects in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision. Able to manage a large caseload and be pro-active with caseload. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammatical and proofreading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills. Possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, reliability, discretion and confidentiality.
