Attorney-Civil Litigation Associate Retail and Transportation The candidate' must have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and is admitted in Maryland. Must also be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. In addition to experience in commercial development, retail and hospitality, should have experience in other areas of civil litigation, such as premises liability, transportation, general liability and/or insurance defense.
