Associate Attorney - Real Estate The candidate should preferably have 2+ years of general transactional experience and will be a team player, a creative and practical problem solver, and have a good sense of humor. In this position, will work with the real estate team representing our local, regional, and national clients in a full range of real estate matters, like purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, development and construction contracts, joint ventures, and condominium formation and governance documents.
