Legal Secretary Duties: Providing administrative support to several attorneys; Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues; Having a comfortable and professional phone manner; and Facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders. Qualifications: 5+ years proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably with Chapter 11 experience Substantial experience electronically filing and handling service of pleadings in bankruptcy court and other courts; Substantial experience creating and revising bankruptcy pleadings (including generating table of contents and table of authorities), agreements, correspondence, transcribing attorney dictation and court hearings; Very strong typing and transcription skills, suitable spelling and grammar knowledge; and Substantial experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
