Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be performing expert witness background searches, creating expert witness notebooks, performing background searches at various courthouses in Georgia, performing juror background searches. Will be reviewing medical records and discovery responses, drafting discovery, summarizing depositions, updating litigation notebooks and assisting at trial. Should be an experienced paralegal in a fast paced litigation practice area. Should have good writing skills, have good communication skills.
