Associate Attorney Candidate will primarily be dealing with the major car manufacturers where you will be litigating lemon law claims. Will entails discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearances, vehicle inspections, creative litigation approaches and potentially trials & trial preparation. Will include: Draft motions, Court appearances, Vehicle inspections, Negotiate settlements, Take and defend depositions, Draft and respond to discovery, Assess case value and strategy, Maximize client recovery. Qualifications: Active membership in the CA State Bar, in good standing, is required. Previous experience as an attorney, ideally in lemon law, product liability or consumer law. Ability to handle an aggressive caseload. Thorough and detailed organization skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A competitive and collaborative spirit. Will have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Should have strong advocacy skills and a competitive spirit.
