Trademark Prosecution Paralegal The candidate will handle large volumes of work associated with multiple clients. Will prepare, file, and prosecute domestic trademark and copyright documents and coordinate trademark and copyright filings in foreign jurisdictions. Record trademark and copyright assignments; search online trademark and copyright records. Maintain and review the IP docket; draft correspondence; review Official Gazette; perform factual investigation and summarize information for attorneys and clients; perform preliminary review of trademark watch notices; and accurately capture and record time entries on a daily basis. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate and previous law firm experience. Should have 4+ years of trademark prosecution experience. Experience with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board filings and domain name registrations a plus. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, IP Manager, and other data entry applications and programs.
