Associate Attorney Duties: Handling all aspects of the litigation process including trials, arbitrations, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Performing other duties including drafting pleadings, covering court hearings, and contacting clients and witnesses. Qualifications: Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from an accredited US law school. 1-2 years of law firm or counsel experience. Admission to and in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois. Excellent time management and communication skills. Self-sufficient, determined, and energetic professional. Superior analytical and drafting skills - ability to spot and solve problems by troubleshooting and identifying solutions and alternatives.
