Litigation Paralegal The candidate incorporates multiple litigation practice areas with an emphasis on estate litigation and employment law. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Experience in drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery is required. Working knowledge of Law Division processes and the E-Courts filing platform is preferred. Microsoft Office experience is preferred. Should ideally be organized, accountable, efficient, detailed oriented, motivated, and able to maintain focus in fast-paced situations. Must possess a positive and team-first attitude.
