Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorney The candidate will be handling civil defense litigation matters, with an emphasis on toxic tort, environmental and product liability. The ideal candidate will have insurance defense experience. Must be able to handle all aspects of case handling/management, including law and motion work, taking and defending depositions and court appearances. Must possess excellent writing, research and communication skills. Should have 3 years of Environmental/Toxic Tort experience.
