Experienced Asbestos Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for building an asbestos litigation practice. Must have 2+ years of experience with asbestos litigation. Should be be able to evaluate merits, file, and see cases through to the end with limited oversight. Must also have a JD from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing of a state bar. 2+ years of class action litigation experience is preferred. Bar License is required.
