Worker's Compensation Paralegal The candidate will work directly with a worker s compensation attorney. Will handle heavy client contact. Will summarize medical records, file petitions, medically manage clients and respond to request for production. 3+ years of law office or equivalent experience is required. Must have strong paralegal skills. Should have equivalent experience would include experience as an Insurance Adjuster or working in a medical office handling workers' compensation patients. Knowledge of settlement language and documents are a must. Must be proficient in DOAH.
