Litigation Paralegal Duties: Trial preparation, draft & file pleadings, draft & file motions, index litigation files, drafting complaints, discovery and e-Filing lawsuits for personal injury clients. Must be detail oriented for reviewing and summarizing discovery and depositions. Candidate must have Certified Paralegal with 5+ years experience in the area of plaintiff personal injury litigation in the State of Florida. Must be professional, reliable, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and computer experience. Experience with PracticeMaster case management software is helpful but not required. Ability to learn new software is important.
