Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working closely with attorneys, client's and expert's in all phase's of litigation, preparing discovery request's and responses, reviewing and summarizing medical and other litigation records, drafting correspondence, research, preparing mediation and trial presentations, trial preparation, running technology during trial and coordinating and calendaring deadlines, appointments, depositions, etc. Excellent organizational skill's and proficiency in all basic computer program's i's a requirement (Windows, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, etc.) and proficiency in trial presentation software (PowerPoint, OnCue or similar) i's preferred.
