Associate Attorney Duties: Work directly with the managing attorney and assist with all facets of the litigation process. All facets of civil litigation: Prepare and respond to civil motions. Prepare and respond to written discovery. Court appearances. Conduct and defend depositions. General civil litigation practice. Qualifications: Candidate must be a licensed member of the CA state bar in good standing. 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Must have experience preparing/responding to written discovery, law and motion practice, and conducting/defending depositions.
